Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of purchase
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and we do not provide refunds for them.
We require a receipt of proof of purchase to process your return.
*All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* Store Provider charges US (Iron City RC Hobbies) a 3% Fee no matter what. IF the buy decides the item is not wanted anymore that fee CAN NOT be refunded.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send an email to confirm that we have received your items. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If your refund is approved, we will process it, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific period of time.

If the refund has not been posted yet, kindly contact your credit card company as it may take some time before it is officially posted. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Icrchobbies@gmail.com.
To return an item, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
