4 pack of 6.3mm wide hollow balls that are threaded for M3 hardware.
One side is wider to act like a washer to keep the ball from being able to slide off your rod end. This side also has two flats on it to allow you to tighten it. The other side has a standard small flange so it fits easily into the rod end.
