🔹 BOX STOCK

• Vehicle must be run completely out of the box
• Stock body only – NO tampering allowed
• Stock radio & electronics only
• No additional weight allowed
• “Comp Ready” trucks NOT allowed (Ex: Apex, Juice Up, etc.)
• ANY vehicle that includes brass or added weight out of the box is NOT allowed
• No rear steer vehicles
• Gate Minimum: 6.5”

 


 

🔹 MICRO CLASS 2 RTR

⚠️ If you run Class 2, you CANNOT run this class

Designed for less experienced drivers working their way up.

• RTR-based rigs with light modifications
• Tires: Stock OR upgraded (NO cutting or manipulation)
• 64mm maximum tire diameter
• 1.3” wheel maximum
• STOCK frame, skid, and axles must be used
• Electronics may be upgraded
• Gate Minimum: 7”

 


 

🔹 NANO BOX STOCK

(Open to Ascent-32 & SCX30)

• Must be run out of the box
• Stock tires & wheels (NO grooving or tampering)
• Stock body (NO tampering)
• Stock radio & electronics
• No additional weight allowed
• NO upgrades allowed
• Gate Minimum: 4.0”

 


 

🔹 NANO SUPER STOCK

• Must have lexan or hard body
• Must use Stock chassis Stock Skid
• Stock Axles Housings only
• 40mm tire maximum
• 0.7” wheel maximum
• ONE motor only (Brushed or Brushless)
• Allowed Upgrades, Drive Shaft, Wheels, Tires, Brass Wheel Weights, CVD Axles, Electronics (Servo, Motor ESC)

  •  Gate Minimum: 4.0”

 


 

🔹 NANO OPEN

• 0.7” wheel Maximum
• No Tire Maximum
• No Body Rules
• All other upgrades allowed

  •  Gate Minimum: 4.5”

 


 

🔹 CLASS 1 (RCMCCA Rule Set)

Body

Bodies may be constructed of any material (lexan, ABS, 3d printed, etc.). The width of the body at the doors of the cab must be wider than the inside edge of all four tires. Bottom edge of front grill and rear tailgate/trunk must be below the top edge of all four tires when the vehicle is at rest on flat ground. Bottom edge of bodies must be at a height where the transmission is not seen when viewed from the side. Front and rear of body must extend past the front edge of the front tires and rear edge of the rear tires. This may be accomplished with chassis mounted bumpers if the body itself does not meet requirements. Lexan bodies must have a front windshield and rear window. Bodies with roll cages instead of cabs (such as the Axial Deadbolt) do not need to have windshields or rear windows.

Chassis

Must use a chassis that consists of two vertical rails or bars in similar configuration as stock chassis. Rails may be carbon, aluminum, titanium, 3d printed, etc. No tube chassis or stick style chassis. Chassis must use a 0 degree skid plate. No angled skid plates. A chassis is considered to have a zero degree skid plate when the skid plate is parallel to the top edges of the front and rear shock tower portion of the chassis rails. Chassis rails must extend past the centerline of both front and rear axles.

Bumper

All vehicles must run a front bumper that is wider than the widest part of the frame rails. Bumper must extend past the front edge of the front tires and mounted in such a way that the lower edge of the bumper is no higher than the lower edge of the front of the body. Lights not required.

Motor

• Single motor only (Brushed or Brushless)

Battery

• Any LiPo
• Must remain attached to chassis & under body

Electronics

• No limitations

Wheels

• 1.0” maximum

Tires

• 57mm maximum
• Must retain sidewall markings
• Tread may be trimmed
• Tires may be vented

Drivetrain

• Full-time 4WD only
• No 6x6 or dually
• Front steering only (rear steer = DQ)
• One front & one rear driveshaft only

Suspension

• 4 shocks required (1 per tire)
• Aftermarket shocks allowed

Gate Minimum

6.5” / 165mm

 


 

🔹 CLASS 2 (RCMCCA Rule Set)

Body

Any lexan or hard plastic body that resembles a full size, highway-capable vehicle. No tire coverage rule. Tube and flat beds are allowed. Bottom edge of bodies must be at a height where the transmission is not seen when viewed from the side. When viewed from above, bodies, beds, etc. must extend past the centerline of the front and rear axle and must cover motor, receiver, speed control, and battery. Lexan bodies must have a front windshield. Bodies with roll cages instead of cabs (such as the Axial Deadbolt) do not need to have windshield.

Chassis

Must use a chassis that consists of two vertical rails or bars in similar configuration as stock chassis. Rails may be carbon, aluminum, titanium, 3d printed, etc.

• No requirements

• Single motor only (Brushed or Brushless)

• Any LiPo (must remain under body)

Electronics

• No limitations
