The Exotek Slash Steel Top Shaft is a heavy duty steel top shaft option that allows the use of optional DR10 slipper systems in 2wd Slash based drag car applications. This makes it easy to upgrade the stock Slash slipper with a DR10 slipper, the Exotek MK3 Turbine Slipper (EXO2015), or Exotek slipper eliminator (EXO1942).
This top shaft features one piece, no-pin construction for maximum reliability, but still weighs only 12.5 grams. Compatible with the 2wd Slash stock gear box, Proline Pro transmission or RPM Slash Case. Not compatible with the stock Slash slipper.
NOTE: You must use gear grease (tacky) to help protect the idler gear from wearing out.
