Performance Chassis & Suspension

The builders kit features a durable one-piece steel C-channel chassis that reduces frame flex and promotes more precise suspension movement. Adjustable oil-filled shocks allow builders to fine-tune suspension performance for improved traction, stability, and smooth operation across varying terrain. Stainless steel pivot balls provide long-lasting durability while maintaining consistent articulation under load.

Drivetrain & Links

The kit includes durable AR45 straight axles that replicate the layout commonly found on full-size off-road vehicles. Heavy-duty 6mm links increase overall strength while reducing flex, helping improve steering response and minimize unwanted movements such as axle steer and torque twist. The LCXU transmission design also allows builders the option to convert from standard axles to portal axles if desired.

Metal Gears, Panhard & Ball Bearings

The kit utilizes full metal drivetrain gears and complete ball bearings to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and extend component life. The ball bearing-supported drivetrain promotes smoother operation and helps maximize run time while minimizing maintenance. An adjustable metal panhard mount adds durability and can be positioned forward or rearward to accommodate either straight or portal axle configurations.
