Description
This adapter will bolt a micro motor with 9mm bolt spacing to the Redcat Asccent 32 transmission mount. It is adjustable to get that perfect gear mesh!
You will need 6mm of shaft exposed with the mount, so a total of 8.5mm of pinion shaft will be needed. The mount is 2.5mm thick. Not many .3 mod pinions out there for 2mm motor shafts, but this will fit a 12 tooth(stock) to 13 tooth pinion.
You can find a 13 tooth, .3 mod, 2mm hole pinion from MOFO RC.
This mount uses steel M2 nuts for a solid interface, wont strip out.
Includes one brushless motor adapter and 2 ~ M2x4mm bolts to mount the motor to the adapter and 2 M2 nuts. Use the stock motor screws to attach the adapter plate to the M2 nuts.
When installing, you can adjust gear mesh, check rotation in gears, readjust if needed and you're ready to Flow!
