The Losi Super Baja Rey 2.0 8S Brushless 1/6 RTR Electric Desert Truck sets the standard in large-scale desert trucks. Taking the Super Rock Rey chassis, adding about an inch to the wheelbase, and morphing it with the front end from the Super Baja Rey creates the improved Super Baja Rey 2.0! You get the best of both worlds!
Suspension
What fun is a desert truck if it doesn't drive and handle like one? This truck not only looks like a desert truck but it drives and handles just like the real thing. 4-Link rear suspension is paired with long travel coil over shocks. The front and rear shocks are officially licensed King shocks and feature threaded aluminum shock bodies. The front suspension uses upper and lower control arms made of a tough composite offering flex and rigidity when it needs it.
Chassis
A 4mm thick anodized aluminum plate is the foundation of this formidable truck. The chassis incorporates a bottom-loading battery tray for easy access to your batteries. Covering all the electronics and important bits is a full-bodied roll cage. The rear of the chassis features strong mounts to hold the long travel 4-link rear axle to the main chassis. Being powered off 8S is no joke! For this reason, Losi has taken this chassis to the extreme to ensure you can keep driving pack after pack.
Electronics
The Spektrum Firma SMART 160 Amp 8S ESC and 750kv Firma 1/6th 5687 brushless motor allow you to unlock blazing speeds. Drivers stay in control with a DX3 transmitter, a Spektrum 6100AT AVC receiver with steering priority, and officially licensed Method Racing Beadlock Wheels and BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 tires.
